Insurance

Our office is contracted with different PPO dental plans. If we are not contracted with your insurance we can still bill them for you as a courtesy. We are NOT contracted with any dental HMO plans or with any Medical plans. We are also NOT providers with Medi-Cal or Medi-Care.

Payment is expected the day of the service and we accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also offer patients the option to use a payment plan through either Care credit or Citibank Financial.
